Here is a list of commonly asked questions when renting gear.  Please send an email to or call our office at 401-499-0540 if you have additional questions not answered here.

Can you tell me more about your baby equipment?

We strive to provide families an enjoyable and safe experience away from their homes. Most of our baby products are certified by the Juvenile Products Manufactures Association (JPMA) and we subscribe to the US Consumers Product Safety Commission to get immediate email notification if any product is recalled. We are constantly checking out the newest gear and reading reviews of all the must haves, plus listening to our customers when they request additional items not found in our inventory. All items are meticulously cleaned and in new or excellent condition so you can feel assured your family is getting the best. We follow this general rule, 'If its not good enough for my child, then its not good enough for yours."

How does delivery & pick up work?

Delivery & pick up is included with all items.  When renting baby equipment, we will contact you one day in advance to schedule your delivery and a pick up time will be confirmed a day before your departure.  Please wipe all equipment free of crumbs and sticky messes. 

Linen and beach gear rentals will be delivered prior to your arrival at your rental property and left in a secure, dry location.  When leaving, all linens are to be placed back into provided laundry bags and be ready outside for pick up by 10am unless other arrangments have already been made.

When should I order?

Order as far in advance as possible.  We do not charge a deposit or charge your order early to your credit card until the day before delivery.  Generally we sell out of the most popular items up to four weeks in advance.  Website orders must be placed at least one week in advance for summer orders.  Orders placed less than a week ahead are subject to surcharges or cancellation.

What if we have a change in plans or what we need?

As a parent herself, Gina knows that last minute fevers may mean no travel for infants.  Please let Away Wee Go know ASAP when your plans change as we frequently have waiting lists in the summer for popular equipment.  We try to be as understanding and flexible as possible, plus we will not charge your credit card until 2 days before delivery. Order changes need to be made by telephone or email.

What if my order is not Saturday to Saturday?

You may order for any day of the week.  For dates besides the Saturdays available on our pull down menu, please enter dates needed in the comment section at least once.  You do not need to enter the dates for every item.  Away Wee Go will call to confirm any non Saturday delivery scheduled 2 days before.

How do I order for two weeks or more?

You may enter each week separately and use check out code 125double for a multi week discount OR
1. Double/triple the amounts needed
2. Use the first date needed from the pull down
3. Enter in the comment section of one item, that the order has been multiplied for weeks needed along with the pick up date. 
4. Use check out code 125double to receive a multi week discount.
